In the past, I have been under the care of 3 other GI specialists in Eugene, my favorite dr. Retired. I had to seek another. I didn't care for the other two. One talked about how great he was at the Mayo during MY visit. A dr and a pt needs to bond well. With good communication skills. You are putting your entire life and health in his hands.
