Short version...they charged me $8190 for wall mounted a/c and heat unit that I seemingly found elsewhere for $2549 (plus labor) and then totally brushed me off when I questioned it. Longer version... I needed to replace a wall mounted a/c and heat unit. When they came to replace it, they called me up (I was out of town) and told me we had to also replace the outdoor condenser.
