Mr. Vicknair assisted our family in our time of need. He took care of all the arrangements and made the entire experience seamless. Nothing was too much trouble for him and everything went exactly as he said it would and ALWAYS on time. I helped a friend plan for her husband's final goodbye this week. We were told to ask for Whitney by another friend. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most of all kind.
