He is realistic in his approach to dental care and ALWAYS has his patients interest forefront when recommending and providing treatment recommendations. He was able to make me proud to smile again after many years of living with crooked front teeth. He was able to not only repair my damaged crowns, but in the process do some basic cosmetic work with the crowns providing me the appearance of straight teeth. Dr Boydston and his team have taken very good care of my over the last several years I have been with them. Always a positive experience there, even when, as dental work sometimes goes, things do not always go smoothly. They are professional and yet personal and very friendly: I always feel welcome. Insurance issues handled efficiently. Metta and Jeannie always are pleasant and interested in how I am doing. Dr B is great: efficient yet pleasant and winsome.

The negative review completed by someone named (John Doe) is obviously an attempt to harm or tarnish Dr. Boydston’s dental practice The comments of John Doe are the smackings of someone who’s eaten a five (5) course meal at a restaurant, and now they don’t want to pay, so they complain about the meal to avoid the balance due. We've had crown installations in the past year by this dentist and all have had to have subsequent root canals done at a cost of $1,000 to us per tooth. Boydston is a grumpy old man, and is focused entirely on billing services and collecting revenue. He is only remotely focused on customer satisfaction. His office and lobby has outdated equipment (still uses X-rays, and not digital cameras), and it is clear from his advancing age, he is just focusing on saving money for his retirement, and not reinvesting in his business.
