I've been a patient of Dr. Richter's for many years. I started going to him after he was highly recommended to me. I've always been greatly pleased with the attention and treatment I've received. I've had a couple of emergencies when they immediately made time for me. I've had a lifelong fear of dentists which Dr. Richter and his staff have put to rest. I can say, without hesitation, that Dr. Richter is wonderful.
I had a previous crown fall off (had it done somewhere else) and they were able to fit me in quickly. Staff and Dr were very friendly and courteous. I felt absolutely ZERO pain when they did the temporary crown. I may have found my new dentist!
As a new client, I went in for an exam and cleaning. After X-rays and checking my enamel strengths, Mr. Richter said I needed a full mouth debridement but due to my sensitivity, I needed to be numb to do this. At the next appointment I was informed that I had a $65 bill for that debridement, which hadn't been done yet, because my insurance didn't cover it. I was all so going to have to pay another $134 for the numbing and fillings. I was very upset to be told my insurance had been billed for something they had not yet done! ... read more
Same as AnJohn. Went in for follow-up...Dr came in, shot me up, and pulled 3 teeth!!!! WTF. Got drilled, too, at the cashier WITH INSURANCE coverage. Blind sided.
Very bad experience! Went to get 2 fillings and they ended up filling 4 teeth without telling me what they were going to do. Needless to say, I was shocked when I got to the front desk to pay. I should not have paid them for 4 fillings. Awful treatment to new patients. Will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone!
