Been waiting for diabetic shoes and insoles since October 2025 is now the end of June 2026 and my shoes are not even on the making stage. I suffer from diabetic foot ulcers and have a toe amputation, so I really need this shoes to improve my mobility and prevent more foot ulcers. The excuse they give me is ( the girl that was working on your case is no longer with us ) witch i can care less because in order for me to know what's going on with my shoes I had to be the one in reaching out. Wonderful experience with Lawall! Staff is super friendly and helpful, they went the extra mile to get my orthotics and shoes when wrong and incorrect information kept being sent to them from my Drs. Thank you!

I am impressed. I have my original right Prosthetic leg (BTK 5/23/24), and am now awaiting two new Prosthetics (left BTK on 12/16/25). Matt came out to me, as I am currently homeless, and living in a Shelter. The first visit he assessed my right stump's needs. (The bucket is just a touch too big, and uncomfortable with the bone getting pressure from that bucket), and I finally got into the left stump shrinker. Then a week later, he casted BOTH stumps. Hopefully I will have both new Prosthetics by the second week in July 2025... read more
Matt was amazing . He got right down to business knew exactly what I needed and he got it for me . he has tons of empathy for my situation and that does not happen all the time . He is a good man doing good for the disabled community would recommend anyone . I am going to get to walk again in life and I was counted out by so many. Got my prosthetic leg and it’s amazing could not ask for a more better device.
