Wonderful experience with Lawall! Staff is super friendly and helpful, they went the extra mile to get my orthotics and shoes when wrong and incorrect information kept being sent to them from my Drs. Thank you!

I am impressed. I have my original right Prosthetic leg (BTK 5/23/24), and am now awaiting two new Prosthetics (left BTK on 12/16/25). Matt came out to me, as I am currently homeless, and living in a Shelter. The first visit he assessed my right stump's needs. (The bucket is just a touch too big, and uncomfortable with the bone getting pressure from that bucket), and I finally got into the left stump shrinker. Then a week later, he casted BOTH stumps. Matt was amazing . He got right down to business knew exactly what I needed and he got it for me . he has tons of empathy for my situation and that does not happen all the time . He is a good man doing good for the disabled community would recommend anyone . I am going to get to walk again in life and I was counted out by so many. Got my prosthetic leg and it’s amazing could not ask for a more better device.
Everyone at this location and the billing department was a delight to work with! It's so nice to experience professionalism and friendly employees!
