If I could give this place 0 stars I would my mother has received horrible customer care from this facility. She is an 80 year old amputee and has received terrible care. WE ARE HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED WITH LAWALL . You are only a number to this practice. They are only worried about getting your insurance money and co-pays, they do not care about your concerns or safety. This review is based on my personal experience with Lawall Hershey/Harrisburg PA as an above the knee amputee. First I would like to say that just because your surgeon is a Hershey doctor you DO NOT have to use a Lawall prosthetist! The person that shows up in the exam room with a shrinker doesn't automatically make them what will become “one of the most important people” in your life when your ready to start using a prosthetic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone.
Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! They don't return phone calls! They don't follow up on orders.
