Dr. Heard is superb. He is caring , very intelligent, dexterous. He is fit and healthy. He has been my dentist for at lest a decade. His teeth cleaning professional Kathleen is also excellent. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
