Rotten broccoli. I was just at the midway location, and was served bad broccoli - where the ends of it had black rot on them. I pointed it out to the server, Dawn, and she never apologized, and said she'd bring me some more. Then the second plate also had rotten broccoli on it. Granted, it was less spoiled, but it was bad. I called the shift manager to complain, and she said she'd look into it and go pull the bad stuff out of the kitchen. So, check your food closely.
