We were late to our appointment and Kevin was super awesome about it. He got us into the car I came to look at immediately. Went through the car with my son when they opened the hood, which Kevin was super impressed that a 15 year old would do that. And we were super impressed with Kevin. He kept us in the loop as the different stages of the purchase happened. They were a little short staffed and he kept checking on us, joking with us and apologizing for the delay. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car shop. Had to go back multiple times for same issue then after they say that was fixed my thermostat and water pump go down and they say it’s not there fault. Worst experience I’ve ever had I’d give them zero stars if I could

Couldn’t recommend Harry Browns enough! Excellent prices, knowledgeable and helpful staff, good inventory, no BS. I worked with Eryn and she did an excellent job. She was not pushy at all and made everything a breeze. Would go back again!
