I found a Beautiful Lexus on Harry Brown’s website. I contacted there Salesmen Garret Condon about the car and he was extremely helpful! He answered every question we had and was a non pressure salesman! He pulled the cars history on CarFax and gave me there dealer inspection info! The car was more than fairly priced, it was below market average! A very positive experience with Garret and Harry Browns.
My Caravan was in for a possible extended factory warrantee repair. Turned out to be something else at $1300. Service tech suggested 2 additional repairs for an another $1200. Oil leaks. One part was quoted at $600. It was available at my local NAPA at $200. I declined. When my car was "finished", I was told the car needed the same repair on the other side of the engine which would require repeating most of the same labor as the original repair.
