My friend recently got highlights done here, but unfortunately they didn’t even last a month. The color faded way too quickly and now she’s only left with bleached blonde hair. Very disappointing, especially given the cost.

I went there with my kids. Instead of respecting the order of arrival, they kept letting other people go ahead of us. Several men walked in after us and were taken right away, while we continued to wait. Eventually, one of the staff finally called us. This kind of treatment felt discriminatory and unfair.
