Worked with Kris on some custom hockey jerseys. He made edits when i asked, and always called me next day when i had questions and issues. Really, a quality customer journey. I used to rip Harrow lacrosse sticks in highschool, and I will be using more of their sports equipment and services in the future.

Take your business elsewhere! I had a team order done by this company, everything has been late! At the time of my order my items were to ship on 1/25/2022, now its almost March and I received less than 20% of my order! My baseball program spent $3000 and parents and coaches are still waiting after paying for items in December! I cant believe a business could operate like this!

They charged me $35 for "overnight shipping" and it's now been 2 business days with no product. Ripoff. Will definitely never use these scam artists again.

Harrow made my team amazing uniforms, upstanding customer service and incredible quality. They fulfilled and shipped the order in a timely manner. Will be using them again in the future!
