I feel truly fortunate to work for a company that wholeheartedly demonstrates genuine care for both its participants and its employees.
Worked there for about 6 months. Was told many times that I was doing an excellent job. Then one of clients wanted to go to another company for services. I watched management and staff constantly needle the client to stay. The client also told me the Director and owners were doing the same thing. I believe this is illegal due to the clients right to seek individualized health care. Great place to work but this place has terrible hours then expect people to show up for mandatory meetings. It’s funny how that works. I don’t recommend here unless they have full time positions. Client care is there, but staff care is non existent x10. They need a bad shift coverage they wave $10 in your face to take it.
They are good people.
Great company that offers client centered services. They truly care for individuals and providing them with the best.
