The owner Chuck was quick to respond to our call and came the next day for an estimate. He found what we were looking for and we decided that he was trustworthy and that were are going to use him. He and his assistant were cordial and we all hit if off and we decided on a product at a cost of $7800. They were looking forward to working with us they said. We used Harrow flooring a year ago and couldn't have been happier with the owner and the installers. The job is as perfect today as it was a year ago. In addition; Chuck went out of his way to complete our entire house in a very short time frame, so it was completed before we moved in.
Very prompt and courteous, the workers enjoyed their work and were efficient.
