We took a 3 ½ year old DeLonghi dehumififier to them for repairs as it was simply not working. Initially when we dropped it off, they neglected to advise us that their technician was off on leave for 3 weeks. They also said they would provide a quote prior to repair which they did not, we ended up paying them $125 including $50 deposit. On 3 occasions they returned the unit to us but it either operated for one day or did not work at all. Harrold's informed me when their electrician could attend to install a new oven and cooktop. The friendly electrician arrived on time, started the job immediately, no fuss, no bother and in an hours time, the job was completed. Harrold's can not be faulted. The whole operation, from the phone call booking to the finished result, is top notch professional. Their pricing is most reasonable and they are a business you can trust. Highly recommended.
