This will be the 3rd time we've used them on Monday and each time I've always had great customer service! Been notified properly when delivery is out. Even the truck drivers were great.
We've ordered concrete a handful of times from Harrod. Great people - everyone I've spoken to have been friendly, polite and helpful. Great customer service - they have always been able to accomodate our schedule, delivering on short notice and the concrete is delivered as we've ordered. If you need ready-mix concrete in the Frankfort or Lexington area, this is the only place you need to call.

This company goes above and beyond for there contractors I ran short on concrete on a job and they had me another truck in no time the material is always perfect and the drivers have plenty of experience and always willing to help when needed the ladies at dispatch go above and beyond to make sure you get your concrete in! Very happy with Harrods and will always use them
