Scam Fees and Pressure/Threats to Pay I called up to ask about a gas stove repair - explained in detail the problem (automatic starter for gas burner not working). The person I spoke with asked about the brand and model, then told me it would be no problem to repair. They said nothing about an appointment fee or service charge just for showing up. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY from these guys! Paid to fix our fridge. Long story short, 4 weeks and 4 trips later…still not working!! Nothing but excuses and denial, can’t get ahold of the owner. Totally unprofessional, have no clue how to fix anything and have ridiculous excuses every time.
Really Nice guys but could not fix the oven. Lost $300 on that deal--but again... they were great guys.
ATTENTION WORCESTER AREA RESIDENTS: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If there was a way to give ZERO stars on this site, I would have. This "trusted company" came to "fix" our oven on Wednesday (it was not working well but was at least functioning). Instead, they created a gas leak which put us, our pet and our home in danger so our gas is now turned off.
