I recently visited Dr. Mathew with my 5-year-old son, who had multiple cavities. From the very first visit, the experience was excellent. Dr. Mathew was extremely patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. What stood out the most was his approach. I loved my hygienist! We had a lovely chat about our dogs!! I have always found everyone at the practice to be very friendly. They are very honest and explain everything they're doing and never pressure you to have services you don't need. I definitely recommend!
Not even knowing the Harriston Family Dentistry was in town, I stopped in on the morning of Sept 30th. To my surprise, they actually booked me an appointment for later that afternoon. The staff, Dr Matthew, and his assistant, were awesome! They were very thorough, informative, and the whole experience was very pleasant. I now have a new dentistry.
