I had a dental emergency and was fortunate enough to find Dr. Mathew Shince. As a first-time patient, I was understandably anxious, but from the moment I walked in, the experience exceeded my expectations. All around happy! My appointment started right on time. I was welcomed with a smile from the OC at the front desk. The dental assistant was very friendly and helped me feel relaxed after getting me from the waiting room. Super quick and efficient appointment. I was in and out promptly. Dr. Matthew genuinely cared about my next steps and was informative about what I should do next. He took the time to speak with me after my procedure. All staff were very kind. I recently had a root canal and crown done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The procedure was smooth, painless, and professionally done from start to finish. The dentist is not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. For one visit that was filled with multiple items. The team was fast and friendly as well as very attentive to my needs. It’s not often you hear a dentist compliment his technician but Dr Matthew assured me he wouldn’t be as good without the help of his technician. This meant alot to me as I sat in a chair with two basic strangers working away on my teeth. The attention to detail to my teeth and my comfort level was amazing. Thank so much for the great service today.

I had a good experience from harriston family dentistry. I am so thankful to Dr. Since Mathew and all the staffs. Especially Dr. Shince he is so gentle, knowledgeable, friendly to me . He took great care for me . I am so scared for the procedure but throughout the whole process he made me comfortable. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.
