Company is a joke... staffs rude, I went in for a thermopile for my ao smith water heater, "were wholesale only" felt as though they were throwing me out. Just because I dont own or work in the plumbing industry, I am however a licensed HVAC tech. Your company and business model is a flaming dumpster fire. I asked them where I could get 1 and they said to call a plumber. WOW great advice thanks for nothing.
