Lease was approved for an apartment in the new building. On the last moment they told us the building cannot be opened for leasing due to some safety concerns. Left with no place to stay. Got an email from leasing that we will get a refund for the application fee. It’s been more than 3 months now haven’t got it. Also they don’t pick up calls and don’t reply to your emails. That’s very frustrating, if you can’t reach.Very unprofessional!!
Moved in last year. First time ever living in NJ after living in Manhattan for 15 years. I had my tour with Nathalie last summer, Great experience! I been loving my new home here ever since. I always get the help I need from the office, I see them around the building every day. Maintenance always helpful and with a smile. Doesn’t return security deposit even if they claim so. Strongly unrecommended
I tried to apply to live here but the leasing agents in the office were useless. 50% of the time I asked a question the answer was "I don't know". I think there was some sort of language barrier between us because they had trouble answering simple questions I was asking them; then gave ME an attitude as if I was the stupid one. They never answer the phone, they rarely reply to emails, and they wasted my time and money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
If I could this place Zero stars I would. The professionalism is at an all time low. for starters I was given the incorrect address for a tour. I arrived at the incorrect address at 1055 am however could not find the building. I then proceeded to to call and was answered by Anne. She seems confused on where we are and how to provide directions.
