Dec 2024, I visited the new building at Hudson Yards and decided to sign a lease starting on Mar.1st. In mid-January, they sent over the lease agreement along with a checklist of things that needed to be prepared in advance. I quickly signed the lease, set up electricity and insurance, and replied to them. Lease was approved for an apartment in the new building. On the last moment they told us the building cannot be opened for leasing due to some safety concerns. Left with no place to stay. Got an email from leasing that we will get a refund for the application fee. It’s been more than 3 months now haven’t got it. Also they don’t pick up calls and don’t reply to your emails. That’s very frustrating, if you can’t reach.Very unprofessional!!
Moved in last year. First time ever living in NJ after living in Manhattan for 15 years. I had my tour with Nathalie last summer, Great experience! I been loving my new home here ever since. I always get the help I need from the office, I see them around the building every day. Maintenance always helpful and with a smile.
