Scott, the owner and primary transmission builder at Harrison Transmission is dishonest and under qualified. Although the quotes are competitive, the price is a direct reflection of work quality. Over three months, the people at Harrison Transmission claimed they rebuilt my transmission three times (new gaskets, seals, frictions etc.) However, after three warranty claims, I was forced to retake possession of my vehicle, without refund or compensation. This is an initial review I will review again when I pick up. Had a new Trans put in my escalade at jenow towing aka hale town auto . 5k miles it needed done again . They where very difficult to deal with . I told harrison transmission about what had just happened he reduced the cost of our job by near half out of professional embarrassment. Shop was clean they are knoledgable and friendly. He does have a shop in a resident has tools and equipment the same if not better than any shop out there . I took my van back to them 3 times for them to rebuild the transmission and I got it back in worse shape. Don't trust these guys.

I got my tran fixed here. It was expensive, but compared to the other places, it wasn't bad. Runs really well now
