I contacted your service department today just to confirm my 48 month service due 2 may 2026.I was informed that Harrison Suzuki no longer support the Suzuki service completely starting from Feb 2026 and that all customers have been advised. I booked this one year ago on my 36 months service. I was advised that you no longer support warranty claims and the roadside assist will not be honoured but I'm still welcome to service my car. Very bad experience with service centre Bought a brand new car and had to deal with horrible service
I’ve been a loyal customer of Harrison Ford Suzuki in Melton since purchasing my Suzuki Swift from them in 2017. I travel all the way from the eastern suburbs and always book my services on Saturdays due to work commitments. I've taken my Suzuki Ignis into Harrison Suzuki to have it serviced the last couple of times and have been really impressed. From the friendly taxi service dropping me off at the library (where I chose to wait) to the customer service working on the car, the whole team were friendly, helpful and positive.
Chris was amazing.Explaned everything very well.and has kept me in the loop as I haven’t picked my car up yet.If I ever decide to buy another car Chris will Be my 1st choice.Keep up the good work Chris
