My wife booked her car for a service. First they rang to change the date and time which my wife agreed to. When she took the car to get the service they served 3 people who came in after her and then wanted to extend the pick up time. Very unprofessional organisation.
I have been very disappointed with the lack of support over my 2021 Suzuki Ignis that is showing the airbag light to indicate a problem. I understand that things get booked up but this car is under warranty. I've had to go to another place to be told what the issue is but they didn't work on the car due to the warranty. They at least confirmed it should not be driven until the car is looked at, and that it is likely not safe to drive right now. Other Suzuki service places offered a cancellation list.
