Me and my family have been living in here for 2 or 3 years now and there's alot of Cockroaches idk why but overall it's great
If I could rate a zero star, I would. We have been living here for the last three years, and the last two we have not had a working AC/heater. We have called multiple times throughout the years and only get a temporary fix for a day or two before it goes out. It finally came down to us having to get some space heaters because winters are unbearable out here. This year, they sent someone new to try and fix our AC/heater and the AC works perfectly fine, but the heater broke down after one day of use on of the cold days that hi... read more

ARE NOT QUICK AT ALL TO FIX LEAKING WALLS & CEILINGS OR TO ANSWER THE PHONES AT ALL FOR ANYTHING!!
