Management has been very accommodating and has been friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and providing for my needs.
If I could give zero stars, I would. It's unfortunate that I am even giving one star. This establishment does not deserve it. I have had multiple units with them over the course of the last six years. I have not had any problems until my last unit. The door would not close at all, and when I called to get help I was told that maintain would be there in 10-25 minutes. I ended up waiting for almost two hours with my unit open in the pouring rain. We've used HSS for several years now since going tiny... today (07/05/2024) we're finally emptying out our storage unit! 🥳 HSS team has been good to with with over the past several years, but we're happy to be nearly done downsizing finally. 🤩
