Since Elmington took over this place is terrible, no contact from them except odd text messages from a number that disconnects when you call it. A new website was added but no info for current residents to use the portal to pay rent. Have called numerous times since October, and haven’t been called back yet. So called management does not come to the property, certain residents have overrun the place with drugs, leaving doors open to the building. Threatening visitors,and nothing is done about any of it. I am rating the Harrison School Apartments 2 stars. Elmington Property Management took over on October 28, 2024, but has done nothing to improve the property. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no response. It’s baffling why Elmington would take over without adequate staffing. I urge anyone facing similar management issues to consider legal action and pay rent to the courts if mismanagement occurs.
