I tried to contact them several times 4-5 phone calls/ messages and 4-5 emails regarding my rental agreement. No one has responded to me in 12 days. Not a good way to conduct business. I would not recommend and will not be staying in their rental. after telling them 3 times via email to CANCEL my reservation and to not charge my card they still charged my card the first half of the rental agreement.
