Not impressed. The team at this dealership behaves as if they’re doing you a favour by letting you look at the cars. No real interest in selling, no follow-up, and barely any effort to engage. It’s as if they assume Melton residents won’t bother going elsewhere—which is a mistake. One visit was enough to make that clear. There are plenty of dealers outside Melton who actually want your business.
Had my service here yesterday for my Kia, plus the engine inspection for the recall on my car, only negative thing is I mentioned the rear windscreen the bit wasn’t jetting out water like it should be, they confirmed the issue when I went to collect my car, but they never called me during the day to ask if I wanted it fixed.
