I would like to amend my last entry. They did respond and had it fixed in about 10. It turned out a part was installed backwards. All fine now.
Complete new HVAC system In May. Heat out three times. Been ‘fixed’ twice. Now out three days running gas fireplace and electric heaters. Now my gas and electric bill will be outrageously high. Now have to wait till December 27th. No happy.
