Terrible I'm paralyzed from my waist down and was left for the streets. Nothing gets done on a timely manner just a bunch of people kicking people out! I wouldn't go there to live unless you love moving and getting a eviction on your record! Worst place I ever lived! Neighbors constantly calling cops being loud and very disrespectful people living there. And it always smells like Marijuana in the building.
On 3 different occasions 3 different aggressive dogs tried coming towards me. I would not ever recommend anyone living here. Especially someone with small children.
Moving in all Muscatine finest crack heads and meth heads since they're so desperate! packages get stolen everything
Have a friend who lives there, furnace has not worked correctly since she moved in and has never been fixed, air conditioner unit quit working so they just stuck a window air conditioner in. So many other issues that need fixed though out the apartments that never have been fixed. Harrison loft you need to do 100% better for your tenants. Wish I could give you a O rating because I surely would.
If i could give a Zero star rating I would. Horrible management and I noticed it's not an issue just here in Muscatine, but around the states with these apartments. We've submitted an application since July & was told in 2 weeks we could move in - nope. Management kept pushing back the move in date for the past 3 months & once we got the key AFTER 3 MONTHS we were told the unit was move in ready & was in perfect condition and cleaned - IT WAS NOT.
