Maintenance guy (Justin) is awesome!! Has taken care of needs as he can. (When not being pushed or pulled) He listens to the tenants!!! Down side: 3rd and 2nd floor smells of Marijuana and alcohol, and 1st floor has a urine odor. In dire need of management.
We have been here since the opening and admire the dedication of the maintenance team. It now seems that management is making a valiant effort on revitalizing this community with diligence in safety, security and helping tenants with their concerns. Thank You Eleanor and Justin!
Terrible I'm paralyzed from my waist down and was left for the streets. Nothing gets done on a timely manner just a bunch of people kicking people out! I wouldn't go there to live unless you love moving and getting a eviction on your record! Worst place I ever lived! Neighbors constantly calling cops being loud and very disrespectful people living there. And it always smells like Marijuana in the building.
On 3 different occasions 3 different aggressive dogs tried coming towards me. I would not ever recommend anyone living here. Especially someone with small children.
