Absolutely terrible experience with this finance company. Communication was horrible from the start — getting a response took days, sometimes weeks, and we were constantly going back and forth for over four months with no real progress. We were assigned to Francisco, who was extremely unprofessional and unreliable throughout the entire process. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER! RUN from this company. Francisco Velasco DOES NOT communicate AT ALL. Will leave you on read for weeks. RIDICULOUS! No professionalism here. Waste of time and money.
The worst by far. If I could give negative stars I would! I did business with Frank Velasco. Going almost half way of the 3rd month, after construction of home. I still have not closed mainly bs tbh. Home was completed late Sept. it’s now Dec and they’re still giving me the run around. So over 7K of pure interest only I wasted. It’s a OTC that’s it’s cheaper and faster. Well it’s supposed to if you get the right lender.. look at google it says from like 2wks to 45days most well ima about to be 3months! He is just not a good ... read more
