The worst by far. If I could give negative stars I would! I did business with Frank Velasco. Going almost half way of the 3rd month, after construction of home. I still have not closed mainly bs tbh. Home was completed late Sept. it’s now Dec and they’re still giving me the run around. So over 7K of pure interest only I wasted. It’s a OTC that’s it’s cheaper and faster. I highly recommend Arcy Saenz she was extremely helpful and communicated with me every step of the way. She kept me informed and up to date on everything. We closed on the exact date given. Highly recommend her as your loan officer. She made this experience super easy for me!

If you decide to do business here DO NOT GO WITH ELI GARCIA!! He's the worst loan officer you can do business with. He won't return your calls and ignores your texts too. Made me spend money on an appraisal and he never even notified us of we were approved or not. He made us waste 5 months for a home equity loan that we don't even know of we qualified or not.
