We recently purchased a Kia Carnival Hybrid from Harrison Kia Melton and had a great experience. The car is spacious, comfortable, smooth to drive, and very fuel-efficient—perfect for family use. Shane was fantastic to deal with—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly and the delivery was smooth and stress-free. Dale showed excellent sales skills—he explained everything clearly, was patient, and he was super helpful.Derek in finance was also very supportive and worked hard to make the finance process smooth. Well the work has been done and 3 weeks without this amazing car! A big shout out to the service staff, mechanics who had a hand on my car over the past weeks who were responsible for getting all this work done. A big shout out to Tasha who has gone above and beyond getting it all sorted out and keeping me up to date. Even when there was a little problem she got the car back in and got it sorted out with no fuss. That is customer service. Cheers Tasha

We’ve purchased Kia Seltos Sport + 2026 Model. The sales agent who attended to us was Oliver. What I liked about him was he was not pushy . He talked about & asked what sort of car are we looking for, shown us different types of cars & we managed to test drive before we decided to buy the Seltos . Peter from another department was amazing for we extended our warranty for another 3 years instead of 7 years & added the cameras for added security.
