I purchased a new vehicle through Harrison Isuzu in Dec of 2024. They provided excellent service, with great communication. Since then I have returned for two programmed services (I live 50kms away and there are closer dealers) and had a great experience each time. I highly recommend Harrisons if you are in the market for a vehicle. (Written Sept 2025)
Chris found the perfect car for us, ticking all of our wish list and needs. It wasn’t advertised so I am very glad I gave him a call. Then he also negotiated a great price. This was all done via phone too and I felt so comfortable dealing with him remotely from the country. All sorted between Monday and picking up that Friday! Thanks
Not happy. The Service Department have no idea. Unless it's a service or textbook issue they do not know how to address any other issues.
