What an absolute amazing experience. From the minute I engaged with you guys, to the minute I drove out the gate with my new rig. And it’s all mainly thanks to Joylene who really looked after me. Her walk through of the car during pickup was sensational, very friendly nature. Even walked me over to the servicing department to show me where to go when it’s time for a service. my experience with Isuzu Melton was incredible, the car sales man Chris was kind and patient with my kids and allowed me to take my time deciding on which car. He explained everything in full detail and answered all questions I had. very inviting, not pushy at all and best experience I have had when looking for a car! got an amazing deal done with Chris at Melton! highly highly recommend ☺️
Just purchased a brand new Dmax, super thrilled. I had the most genuine salesman named Shane, who got the ball rolling for me and answered any questions I had honestly. Full of knowledge, young ladie Beth was kind also and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Great experience. Thanks guys heaps
Absolutely terrible service. Would not take my push bike there. Had my ute sit there for almost 2 weeks just for a DPF burn, which takes an hour. Caught them lying to me, twice, then finally after the burn, they didn't want to replace the oil or oil filter which needs to be done. Still didnt fix the issue so i took it elsewhere. Worse then this, my mate (diesel mechanic) took his I30 there for a service. When he got home, the sump plug was rotten and full of mud.
