Been trying to book in here for the last week wasnt able to talk to someone... they eventually returned my missed call today. Service over counter was fine. The A.i system they have adopted to take calls is where the breakdown is. If your trying to book a service here its better to just walk in
I've spent around $400,000 with this dealership over the last 5 years buying D-MAX utes, and unfortunately their level of after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. For context, I'm a qualified mechanic, spent over 10 years working in dealerships and now run my own workshop, so I have a reasonable understanding of vehicle repairs and warranty processes.
