Purchased A New Hyundai Venue Active At Harrison Hyundai. The Easiest Motor Vehicle Purchase I Have Ever Made. The Salesman Sam Barbera (Assistant Sales Manager) Customer Service Skills And Product Knowledge Was Exceptional. There Was No Pressure To Purchase The Vehicle At Any Stage And Immediate Access To A Test Drive Was Given. All Other Employees That I Spoke To Were Very Professional. Very Impressive Organisation.
Disappointed customer service booked on line, Rang day before to confirm,closing 5-15pm told ring to ring tomorrow tried again got an AI which was totally useless. The good part they did service the car anyway but it should be easier to book the car in.
