Lived here 8 years. Moved out after rent went up almost $100 & when they started charging $60 for previously included non-electrical utilities. There were always water pipe system issues. One time in the winter a young couple 2 floors above us had to move out because the water pipes froze & caused the sprinklers to go off and ruined all their belongings. Our 2nd bedroom next to the ac unit was flooded several times & always needed a drip pan placed underneath it & changed out routinely whenever it got full, that's what they ... read more

I live here I really like the manager she is super sweet I do think the place is over priced but it could be worse. The maintenance man is super nice as well has always helped us with problems in our apartment.
rent is way too high. i’ve been here for 5 years and it keeps going up
