Seeing lots of improve happening around this complex! Great place to live. Would recommend to anyone. Exciting to see new things!
I lived in the apartment for three years, and left a month and a half ago. I complied with the contract according to the 60 notices and paid the rent for the empty apartment. Yet every day they tell you that you have an unpaid water bill. Since August, I have been requesting batteries for the fire alarm units and none of them have paid attention to that. Lived here 8 years. Moved out after rent went up almost $100 & when they started charging $60 for previously included non-electrical utilities. There were always water pipe system issues. One time in the winter a young couple 2 floors above us had to move out because the water pipes froze & caused the sprinklers to go off and ruined all their belongings. Our 2nd bedroom next to the ac unit was flooded several times & always needed a drip pan placed underneath it & changed out routinely whenever it got full, that's what they ... read more
