It took forever to get them over to replace a light switch. I paid for the switch and service charge. The switch was faulty and broke a few months later - they replaced the faulty switch they put in but charged me a second service charge. They had put in the faulty switch, so I did not feel like they should have charged me a 2nd service charge.
