I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Harrison & Dietz-Kilen, P.L.C. My appointment was confirmed for 3 p.m. on June 25, 2024, yet the experience I encountered was highly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
