Run! Don't move here..... Too many Karen's and check your Constitutional rights at the public easement when driving in this place. Very political association that silence your first amendment right or we will fine you. Doubt this post will be here after an hour.
I’m disappointed because my husband and I wanted to utilize the clubhouse for a small get together celebrating the birth of our first child in January and we learned because we are renters we have zero access to renting the clubhouse. I’ve never heard of this in any other townhome complex I’ve lived in.

Bobby Ricigliano Please review the below pic referencing the 2014 $600 additional assessment. The contents of this notice are eerily similar to the current notice. Once again, we are being asked to pay $600 for repairs/replacements resulting from ice damming, originating back in 2014. Why weren't the funds collected in 2014 used to correct the issue? Reach out to AMI and the Board for an explanation. I have yet to hear a response detailing where the 2014 additional assessment went.

Moved in and had nothing but problems. Management company yelled at me and threatened me because I didnt pay an HOA fee because I didn't know who to pay. They had just switched Management companies. HOA fees went up to 175.00 and not they are levying an assessment of 600.00 over 4 months starting in Aug 19 because they didnt properly budget. So we have to come out of more money after already having our fees increased. My summer will cosy me 325.00 a month in fees on top of my mortgage.
Harrison Cove is one of the best condo complexes I've ever seen. Lots of parking. Three different units. Beautiful pool and club house. Great location. AND the outdoor maintenance by Lucido Landscaping is great!
Nobody enforces rules. Even board members do not obey. Need new team to organize and get things done.
