I called to see when the trash company comes to pick up trash and the “employee” who answered the phone was disrespectfully rude to the point where I couldn’t continue to stay on the line. When working for a company and answering phone calls you should be understanding and patient. If that’s not you then u need to find a different career path.

I spoke to someone Monday 7/22 @12:51pm letting them know that our trash never got picked up last Wednesday 7/17. I informed the young lady that it has happened before but Monday 7/22 was my first time calling informing them of the missed pick up. I also informed her that I had boxes that needed to be collected and did not want any issues with putting the recycling bin out (since the trash was not collected once before).
