Historic Place for me always a great time!
Horrible experience. My 4 & 6 year old don't even want to go back. They weren't allowed to wear their floaties then we had to get out for 15 minutes every hour so the lifeguards with the bad attitudes could have a break. Honestly Marion pool is way better.
I love going to the Herrin Pool. Its a very clean public place to swim. People that work there are very nice as well. Very pleasant place for your family to have a good time and swim.
I don't swim here but we take special needs clients to swim here. They charge the workers (who are not swimming, just watching the clients) to get in. I think that is absurd. Do the parents who come to watch their kids have to pay? If you aren't so much as dipping a toe in the water, why are we charged to sit there to keep an eye on our children or special needs clients??
Do not schedule swimming lessons here! We paid 100.00 for the week and we've gotten 1 30 minute session. They don't even call and cancel they just stick notes on the door. Refuses to refund all but 20.00 for the one session. Horrible!
Do you have the hours listed that I'm missing ? My son loves swimming here.
