I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. They were unhelpful, unwilling to work with me, and completely unaccommodating to my needs. Despite explaining my situation, they showed no effort to resolve the issue or offer any sort of compromise. It felt like they had no interest in retaining me as a customer or addressing my concerns. I’ve used them for almost 20 years. 2023 is the last time I’ll get cable ties there. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt the last 3 purchases. Absolute garbage over the last year. Feed back doesn’t seem to help so I’m going elsewhere. Good luck.
