Harrison Appliances came to my home 10-11-22 for diagnostic on refrigerator. ********** advised he will try to get compressor to work for me turned out the compressor was gone. I made another appointment with manufacturers service center. When repairman came to replace compressor he immediately asked who cut the wires and removed wire harness. With that being done he couldn't fix refrigerator that day. I called *************************** pictures of cut wires and copy of invoice also requesting refund of $125 diagnostic fee... read more

Dennis in sales was phenomenal, probably too good, and extremely kind. Great prices on our washer/dryer, and on time delivery and install with a great delivery team. Not a mark on our walls, and everything was tested prior to the installers leaving. We had an old outlet that didn’t match the plug on the newer machine and they changed it on the spot. I would definitely recommend Harrison Appliance, and I have my eye on one of those leg refrigerators they have.
A huge shoutout to the guys here! My washing machine they delivered about a month ago flooded my floor on a Sunday evening and Cory was on top of things and had a brand new Speed Queen delivered to me the next day! Highly recommend!

We had our fridge die on us a couple months ago and we called to see if they can fix it first. They said they could but it would be cheaper to actually get a new fridge and that they carry appliances at their location. So we drove out there and they had some great new and used appliances at affordable prices depending on wht you’re looking for. And they were also able to do same day delivery. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Will definitely be going back.

Harrison Appliance is a top notch company. When I awakened just after a snow storm to find refrigerator dead they sold me a new shiny fridge at an amazing price, brought it to my house that day, helped me shovel snow to get in and the old one out, found a factory defect and fixed it on the spot. Best products, best customer service, local done right #5stars!
