RecommendedGreat complex. Beautiful units, grounds upkept, great management and quick maintenance. Everything is paid here including rent, wifi, electric, gas, water, trash and tv cable. Makes bill time super easy. They are dog friendly which is a plus for me!
A clean and quiet property. It's easy to plan out bills each month since the rent payment also covers utilities and everything else (rent, wifi, cable, electricity, gas, water, trash, etc.) Neighbors are friendly so it's got a great sense of community even though it's a small complex!
