I'm only giving 4 stars because I've just moved in. So far mostly so good. The parking it spacious enough to get through, the unit seems mostly well lit and accessible and the rate so far has been great. Time will tell how this ultimately goes. I am curious about the policy to use a smart lock that they provide (it pings my senses about a technical malfunction and whether or not they have the ability to open the lock at will when I'm not there). I've been storing here for quite a while, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing storage! The staff is always nice and helpful, and the facility is always clean.
The storage was nice and spacious, and very convenient in having easy access to your property
Clean facility, customer service was great, easy to set up / start service.
Fantastic, clean, very easy, took minutes to have access, the lock system is genius
