RecommendedI recommend this vet to everyone I know. I have a small dog who is not dog friendly and not very stranger friendly, the Vet here had NO issues at all with him! The vet was kind and gentle, and also very educational. We had to put our 18yo dog down here and they were amazing. They have a candle they light while the process happens. The doctor was upfront and honest with us. He was also very compassionate. They sent us flowers about a day later, very thoughtful.
BE CAREFUL! I took a stray in on May 12th to get exam, required vaccines, and to find out if she was spayed. This vet stated her age was between 1-2 . He proceeded to examine her, telling me she has an abdominal scar which either came from a bladder surgery or spaying. Well she was a STRAY living outside so he said it was more likely a scar from spaying....really how often do 1- year old cats have bladder surgery? We recently lost our dog Singer and Dr.P and his staff gave us the best and most loving care the last few weeks of his life. They did everything to try and help our dog and the love and care was truly felt. I just received a very beautiful letter from Dr.P about the loss of our dog which prompted me to come write this review. We so greatly appreciate his kindness and care and will continue coming here with future pets. Thank you so much!!

Dr. P and his entire staff are truly amazing! We are so thankful for them. In addition to doing regular check-ups and occasional boarding for our two dogs Edgar and Ellie, Ellie has been operated on twice there and Edgar just came home from Dr. P.'s today after a several day stay for a very scary sickness. Each time the dogs are there, we get daily calls from Dr. P and are invited to call and come in to to visit whenever we'd like for as long as we'd like. Dr. P and his staff are absolutely amazing. I just switched from another vet because they could get me in the day my dog was sick, and I was afraid it was going to be his last day with us - it’s like I walked in to a group of friends. I won’t be going back to my old vet, even though I didn’t have complaints about them - I just love it here more. Thank you so much for working in our puppy on Friday when she injured her leg. We had no idea if it was a serious injury in such a young dog. You staff saw her promptly, and provided great care! Thankfully, the injured leg is healing fine. We truly appreciate your prompt care!
So I feel terrible that it has taken me this long to get on and post how absolutely wonderful this place is. Truly the best vet and staff ever.
