Didnt want to give a star....These ppl horrible. Front desk rude. Dr doesn't give a shit that I have amnesia and no car and I can't drive. The times I miss My appts I was not able to walk stuck in wheelchair, boyfriend didn't take me to my appts and share a ride never picked me up, couldn't see Dr during worst flood in Hbg. They are not professional or understanding....Dr grossman discharged me in middle of my care because I had no way there and share a Ride left me hanging....the worst. Why it's a 1 star is because of the front desk staff. They are not friendly. I would reconsider going there because of the front desk staff. Rude nasty ladies. I have never meet just nasty front desk employees in my life.
My life is better since seeing Dr. Grossman Dr Grossman was able to provide me with short term anti-inflammatory medication and inserts in my shoes. He told me the pills would calm things down and the inserts would help to stop it from coming back. He gave me some home care to do also. I was impressed that he wanted to not just cover it up temp then need me to return again for more pills but rather he gave me a way to stop this from returning....that impressed me. Mr. I took my son to see Dr. Grossman after he broke his foot playing soccer. We were both very scared and Dr. Grossman was super! He put us both at ease and were actually quite entertained. We were able to see him the same day and the girls were so patient with us also. Definitely recommend him.
Adm Asst. Dr. Grossman is excellant physician, very caring, went over and above to try to correct my problem without going as far as surgery. That was the last option. I have personally recommended him to everyone I know who has a foot issue. Dr. Yarmel, who actually performed my surger and took over my case, is wonderful. He is a real people person, speaks to you on your level and cares about you and your problem. I would recommend these doctors to everyone!
Great Podiatrists.... Harrisburg Foot and Ankle is the best place in Harrisburg!! I've only seen Dr. Grossman (Big Al as I lovingly call him) but he is the best at what he does. He performed 2 surgeries on me and I haven't had any complaints since. Going to make an appointment soon to have another foot issue taken care of but I HIGHLY recommend Harrisburg Foot and Ankle for any podiatry needs.
Just ok. On behalf of my mother, this is just an ok place for podiatry treatment. They recommended a brace for which they said they had no idea how much insurance would cover. I would think they should be able to check these things prior to prescribing treatment. They required a very substantial payment upfront and told us we may or may not get some back after the claim is submitted to the insurance company.
