I arrive to pick up my call-in order, but see they have about 10 cars in the pick-up line. So I park to go in the “take out” door. I was told by some older gentleman, “oh no ma’am, you must go wait in line in your car.” Last time I pick up take out from this place. Why have a “take-out” door if you aren’t going to use it. Instead you’d rather cars be wrapped around your building!
