We were looking for a place to park my RV. We took the children out while we were researching so that they would play in the Playground. And the man left the office yelling at us and treating us very badly. He was very rude and didn't answer us anything. We asked for a superior and he was more rude.

I've stored my 60s classic car at Harrisburg East for several years and really appreciate the quality of their site in taking care of my 58 yo girl and if I've ever needed anything they are always just a phone call away - even on Sunday's, which I've really appreciated. I've stored my girl many places over the years across several different states as I've moved for work and I must say Harrisburg East Self Storage would be my #1 because of their courtesy, professionalism and great customer service.
