Absolutely the worst retail/Jewelry experiance I've had in my life. I bought a ring for my fiance and had Harris and Wick size and upon their suggestion repair a few claws. The ring came back with very clear lines where the soldering was attempted to be done between a new shank (they told us we needed to have installed) and the original body of the ring. There was also blemishes by way of small holes visible by the naked eye around the area of where the work was done, also 2 of the stones were loose. The owner spent more tim... read more
