Horrible customer service called to ask about a part and got attitude from one of the sales people his name was Jeff if I could give 0 stars horrible customer service
This place is kind of a joke, super rude man behind the counter and acted like I was wasting his time. “Truck parts” is a broad term, they had nothing I needed. When asked about a part, the man behind the counter gave me a “are you dumb” look every single time. I’ll never be back, or send anyone I know here.
Very disappointed! I ordered a used transfer case for a three-quarter ton pickup then waited about a week and a half for it to come in. I had to disassemble the drivetrain to pull the old one out. Went to put the new one in and discovered I was sold a transfer case for a half ton pickup. When I called to find out what I needed to do to exchange it, I was accused of giving them the wrong information on my truck. Really?!?
